How do I allow the PIXRAY support team to log into my account?

In this article you will learn how to give the PIXRAY support team access to your account.

By default the PIXRAY support team has no way of logging into your account. But in some situations it may be helpful to give a PIXRAY support team member access to your account in order to help in the best possible way, for example when setting up your account in a certain way.

This is how you grant this  permission:

  1. log into you account with your email and password
  2. click on the gear symbol in the top bar to get to the settings page
  3. on the right side, in the 'Basic Information" section turn on the switch "Allow login by PIXRAY Customer Support Team"

You can revoke the permission at any time.
