How do I assign an Email Flow to a case?

To activate a case, you will need to select an Email Flow for your communication with the infringer. This article explains how to assign a specific Email Flow to a particular case.

Steps to assign an Email Flow to a case:

  1. Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
  2. In the menu to the left, click on "Cases."
  3. Open the case to which you want to apply an Email Flow.
  4. Click on "Email Flow" on the right of the image and choose one of your Email Flows from the overview.
  5. Save changes by clicking the "Confirm" button.

Note: You cannot choose another Email Flow after activating the case, but
you are still able to customize the selected Email Flow.
