How do I assign an Email Flow to a case?
To activate a case, you will need to select an Email Flow for your communication with the infringer. This article explains how to assign a specific Email Flow to a particular case.
Steps to assign an Email Flow to a case:
- Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
- In the menu to the left, click on "Cases."
- Open the case to which you want to apply an Email Flow.
- Click on "Email Flow" on the right of the image and choose one of your Email Flows from the overview.
- Save changes by clicking the "Confirm" button.
Note: You cannot choose another Email Flow after activating the case, but
you are still able to customize the selected Email Flow.
