How do I attach an invoice to an email?
This article explains how to attach an invoice to an email when replying to your client or writing a new email.
Steps to attach an invoice to an email directly from the case:
- Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
- Click on "Cases", then select a case.
- Perform one of the 2 following steps to open the email editor:
- In the case activities, select an email you want to reply to and click on 'Reply'
- Click the 'Send Email' button and select a custom email template or 'New Email' in the dropdown menu
- In the email editor's toolbar click on the icon with the $ sign document next to the paperclip.
- Select the invoice(s) you want to attach.
- Click 'OK'.
- The attachment should show up below the email editor's text field.
