How do I attach an invoice to an email?

This article explains how to attach an invoice to an email when replying to your client or writing a new email.

Steps to attach an invoice to an email directly from the case:

  1. Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
  2. Click on "Cases", then select a case.
  3. Perform one of the 2 following steps to open the email editor:
    1. In the case activities, select an email you want to reply to and click on 'Reply'
    2. Click the 'Send Email' button and select a custom email template or 'New Email' in the dropdown menu
  1. In the email editor's toolbar click on the icon with the $ sign document next to the paperclip.
  2. Select the invoice(s) you want to attach.
  3. Click 'OK'.
  4. The attachment should show up below the email editor's text field.
