How do I change the password for outgoing emails?
This article describes how you can change your password for outgoing emails in the Fair Licensing portal.
In order to change the outgoing email password, you need to have an Admin account
Steps to change your password:
- log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password
- in the menu to the left, click on "Settings"
- click on "Account"
- click on "Email Setup"
- make sure, "Own Mail Server" is selected as option in the dropdown menu
- enter your new password in the "Password" field
- click on "Validate my setup"
- a popup should indicate, that your credentials are valid
- click "Save"
