How do I change the claim route on cases in state 'review'

This article shows you, how you can change the claim route on cases in state reivew.

The claim route decides how the case will be processed after moderation. The normal flow is to set the claim route on case creation. But there could be the situation, that after documentation the claim route does not fit any more. In this case the claim route can be changed after the documentation. 

  • To change the claim route, navigate to the case you want to update. (The case must be in state review)
  • In the right side of the case card you see the Button "Change Claim Route"
  • After a click on the Button a popup will open where you can choose the new route.
  • Choose the new route and click "Update" in the popup

After these steps the route is updated.
