How do I create an email template within an Email Flow?
An Email Flow comprises various template types, each capable of accommodating one or more email templates. This article provides instructions on adding a new email template to an Email Flow.
Steps to create an email template within an Email Flow:
- Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
- Click on "Templates," then select "Email Flows.
- Unfold the Email Flow you want to change by clicking on it.
- Choose the email template you want to modify or click on "Add scheduled/ custom email."
- Fill out the required fields such as "Template name" and "Email subject," and add the email text. For scheduled emails, also select the time interval for sending the reminder after sending an initial email.
- Click "Save" to save the changes.
Note: if there are active cases to which the currently processed Email Flow
is assigned, you will receive a notification asking if you want to apply the
changes to those cases after creating a new scheduled email template.
