How can I customize the display of the Settlement Portal link in an email to infringers?

Steps to insert a placeholder:

1. Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
2. Click on "Templates," then select "Email Flows."
3. Choose an email template you want to add a placeholder to or create a new one.
4. From the placeholder menu on the right-hand panel, select settlement_portal.
5. In the configuration popup that opens, choose one of the display options: URL, Alternative Text or Button.
6. Click "Add Placeholder" at the bottom right of the popup to save all changes.
   
   

Steps to update an existing placeholder:

1. Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
2. Click on "Templates," then select "Email Flows."
3. Choose the email template you want to edit.
4. Click on the already inserted tag in the email text.
5. When the configuration popup opens, choose one of the display options: URL, Alternative Text or Button.
6. Click "Update Placeholder" at the bottom right of the popup to save all changes.
