How do I delete an email template within an Email Flow?

This article describes how to remove an email template from an Email Flow.

Steps to delete an email template within an Email Flow:
  1. Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
  2. Click on "Templates," then select "Email Flows."
  3. Choose the Email Flow you want to modify.
  4. Select the email template you want to delete.
  5. Click "Delete" at the top right.
Note: In case there are active cases to which the currently processed Email
Flow is assigned, you will receive a notification asking if you want to apply
the changes to those cases when deleting a scheduled email template.
To delete the email template from all active cases using the Email Flow,
click „Yes“. To save changes only for other cases, click „No“.
