How do I edit an email template within an Email Flow?

If you want to modify email templates within Email Flows, it is always possible to do so. This article provides instructions on how to edit an email template within an Email Flow.

Steps to edit an email template within an Email Flow:

  1. Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
  2. Click on "Templates," then select "Email Flows."
  3. Select the Email Flow you want to modify.
  4. Select the email template from the Email Flow.
  5. Edit the email template.
  6. Click "Save" at the top right to save the changes.

Note: If there are active cases to which the currently processed Email Flow is assigned, you will receive a notification asking if you want to apply the changes to those cases when editing a scheduled email template.

To apply changes to those cases, click 'Yes.' If you want to save changes only for other cases and not the currently processed cases, click 'No.'

Note 2: If you change the sending time while editing a scheduled email, and there are cases for which the email template should have been sent in the past as a result of this change, they will be marked as failed. You will then have to manually resend them or delete them.
