How do I review uploaded licenses?

Steps to review uploaded licenses:

Log into your Fair Licensing account using your username and password.
Select the active cases in the navigation bar
Click on 'Filter'
Select 'Uploaded Licenses'. This will show you all cases with uploaded licenses that weren't reviewed yet.
Click on 'License Uploaded' above the case activities. A popup opens showing one or more licenses uploaded for this case.
For each uploaded license, click on the document icon to open the license in a new browser tab.
Check the license's validity and select the 'valid' or 'invalid' button in the license overview's popup accordingly.
Click 'Confirm'

Note: if you accepted a license and there a no more further image uses without a license, the case will automatically change to its final state 'Valid License'

Note: if you have set up the 'License validated' or 'License rejected' email template in the case's email flow, an email will automatically be sent out to inform the website owner about your license review.

Caution: If you have a LITE account or if your email flow's 'License validated' or 'License uploaded' email templates are not set up, it is up to you to inform the website owner about the outcome of your license review.

The website owners have the option to upload a separate license for every image in a case. This article describes how you can check these licenses and accept or reject them.
