How do Email Flows work?
This article explains what Email Flows are and how they assist in organizing outgoing communication within the Fair Licensing portal
What are Email Flows?
Email Flows are organized sequences of email templates that assist in optimizing your communication with infringers.
Email Flows contain various types of templates for the following purposes: the initial email, scheduled reminders, discount expiration notifications, payment confirmations, and license acceptance/rejection notifications.
The following Email template types are available accordingly:
The initial email is automatically sent to the infringer upon case activation and typically includes vital case information, such as screenshots, license fees, and the payment portal link.
Scheduled emails are automated reminder emails sent after predefined time intervals. When the recipient responds and you initiate personalized 1:1 communication, scheduled emails are temporarily paused but can be resumed at any time.
Event-triggered emails are sent automatically when specific events occur within a case, such as when a settlement discount offer is about to expire, when you accept or reject a license uploaded by an image user, or when the infringer makes a payment.
Custom emails are templates in your Email Flow that are not sent automatically but can be manually sent.
Note: Automated emails (scheduled and event-triggered emails) are
available for Pro and Enterprise customers only.
Note 2: You can pause or activate the sending of automated emails
(scheduled and event-triggered emails) in the case overview at any time.
